Courtney Vadala
Dr. Vadala has been practicing physical therapy for 10+ years. She holds a doctorate degree in Physical Therapy, and a bachelors in Exercise Physiology with a minor in nutrition. Over the years, she has worked in various settings including outpatient orthopedics, sports rehab, as well as pediatrics. She holds a certificate for Structure and Function Education in Foundations of Dry Needling In Orthopedic Rehabilitation and Sport Performance.
Dr. Vadala uses a hands on manual approach to relieve both chronic and acute pain. She specializes in dry needling, cupping, and other manual techniques to help improve overall function and mobility. She believes in a hands on approach for every patient as well as provides patient education to maintain the improvements and to prevent recurrence. Dr. Vadala currently lives in Peabody with her husband and 3 daughters.
